Before you descend into Neon Aqua, read the diver agreement. These rules keep the bioluminescent ocean safe and wondrous for everyone.
The ocean briefing
Neon Aqua is a free, browser-based memory card game. Match bioluminescent creature pairs in the deep, rack up lumens, and light the abyss. Zero cost. Zero registration.
Open ocean
All divers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome in Neon Aqua. The game contains no violent content, no gambling, and nothing unsuitable for younger audiences.
Lumen score
Matched pairs generate lumens, with a pulse multiplier for consecutive matches. Lumens are session-only and have no monetary or transferable value.
No pressure bets
Neon Aqua operates no in-game currency, no loot drop system, no randomised prize mechanics, and no wagering of any kind.
Creative ownership
All assets — code, bioluminescent design, gameplay — belong to their creators. Personal play is freely permitted. Any commercial reproduction or redistribution requires written consent.
Prohibited dives
Automated bots, exploit scripts, and deliberate disruption of the platform are prohibited throughout Neon Aqua's waters.
No pressure warranty
The game is provided as-is. We accept no liability for indirect harm arising from service interruptions or gameplay.
Agreement updates
These terms may be revised. The date above changes when they do. Continued play is acceptance.
