Neon Aqua — Light in the Deep
Last updated: June 2025
Neon Aqua illuminates the ocean without illuminating your personal data. We are transparent about what we know — which is almost nothing about you. Here is the complete picture.
What we see in the deep
Neon Aqua perceives no personal information about its divers. No diver profile, no biometric light pattern, no identity tag is recorded in the abyss.
Sonar pings (server logs)
Our infrastructure sends automated sonar pings: browser type, device class, and a partially masked IP. These readings confirm the ocean is navigable and are never linked to individual identities.
No tracking jellyfish
We have released no tracking cookies, advertising beacons, or behavioural analytics scripts into Neon Aqua's waters. The ocean is clean.
The light source (Google Fonts)
Typefaces glow courtesy of Google Fonts. Your browser's connection request to Google may carry your IP address. Google's own documentation covers what happens to that signal.
Youngest divers
Neon Aqua is a dazzling but entirely family-safe game. No violence, no gambling, no adult content anywhere in the ocean. We collect nothing from any diver, regardless of age.
Illumination updates
Should our practices change, this document will be updated with a new date. Continued diving after any change signals acceptance of the revised terms.
